1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and never plugged in.
  • The item must be in perfect original condition with no signs of tampering or handling.
  • All original protective films must be intact (including external wrapping and any factory seals).
  • The product must be returned exactly as received, with nothing removed, opened, or replaced.

If the product has been opened, used, or unsealed, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

2. Return Request Procedure

Before sending back any item, the customer must email contact@pulsetvstick.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include the following:

  • A clear, dated photo of the unopened product showing the intact protective film.
  • A short explanation of the reason for return.

Returns without prior approval will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to avoid lost or damaged packages.

Returned items must be packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item does not meet the return conditions, the refund will be denied and the item may be sent back at your expense.

5. Product Appearance and Specifications

The products displayed on our website, including all images and descriptions, are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Actual products delivered may differ in packaging, casing, branding, color, or minor design details depending on production batches and supplier availability.

These cosmetic differences do not affect the functionality, performance, or compatibility of the product.

All devices sold by PulseTV meet or exceed the following minimum specifications:

  • Device Type: Android-based multimedia TV Stick
  • Operating System: Android OS (minimum Android 10)
  • RAM: Minimum 2GB
  • Storage (ROM): Minimum 8GB
  • Connectivity: Dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz / 5GHz), HDMI video output, USB power supply
  • Remote Control: Included with each device

Products that meet these technical standards are deemed fully compliant.

Cosmetic variations do not constitute grounds for return, exchange, refund, or chargeback.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

6. Bundle and Promotional Purchases

Products purchased under promotional offers, quantity discounts, or bundle pricing are subject to specific return restrictions.

  • Promotional pricing is granted based on the purchase and retention of all items included in the bundle.
  • No partial returns, partial exchanges, or partial refunds are allowed for products sold as part of a bundle.
  • If a customer opens, uses, or tests any product included in a bundle, the entire bundle is considered accepted and no return or refund for any remaining unopened items will be authorized.
  • The right of withdrawal or return applies only if the entire bundle, with all units unused, unopened, and in original condition, is returned together.
  • Opening or using a single item within the bundle invalidates the right to return any part of the bundle.

By purchasing bundled or discounted products, you expressly agree to these conditions and waive the right to request a partial return or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will be refused if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or plugged in.
  • Protective films or original packaging have been removed or damaged.
  • The return is requested after 90 days from delivery.
  • The return is made without prior authorization.
  • The item shows signs of manipulation, damage, or missing components.
  • The product was purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle without complying with the conditions outlined above.

8. Clarification on the 90-Day Return Policy

The “90-Day Return” statement displayed on our website means that returns are accepted under strict conditions, and does not constitute a free trial period.

Product returns are only eligible if all conditions outlined in this Return and Refund Policy are fully met: the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all protective films intact.

No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted for any product that has been used, opened, powered on, or manipulated, regardless of the 90-day period displayed.
